What is a podcast? A podcast is a regurlay audio/video show that is published on the internet on a feed that allows listeners to automitacilly download and listen to them. Once you subscribe (for free), all you need to do it sync your portable MP3 player and you will have the latest shows, downloaded and ready to listen to.
There are lost of free software to download podcasts. Many brands of MP3 players, have software that not only allows you to download, listen and sync your podcasts, but also allows you to search for podcasts. These include iTunes and Zune, both available for free. Simply search for podcast aggregator for many more.
Once you are ready to subscribe (for free), use the following link to tap into the feed and begin receiving your podcasts.
